Business Terms

Terms and Conditions - T&S Tyres and Wheels Limited

  1. Tool Requirement: All vehicles must be equipped with the necessary tools for locking wheel nuts and other specialized tools for wheel removal and fitting, where applicable.

  2. Insurance and Liability: While all customer vehicles left on our premises are fully insured for accidental damage, fire, and theft, we do not accept responsibility for existing damage or poor condition. Any vehicle checked into our premises will undergo a damage assessment. We also do not take responsibility for personal belongings left in vehicles or any mechanical faults, such as ignition problems or handbrake failure.

  3. Service Fulfilment: We strive to fulfill our services as advised in the selected package, subject to the condition that the wheels do not contain any hidden defects that may delay the repair process.

  4. Additional Work: Customers will be contacted before any additional work, such as straightening, is carried out. We reserve the right not to complete a repair if we believe the wheel will not be safe on completion.

  5. Refurbishment Challenges: While we guarantee high-quality refurbishment, some wheels may present challenges due to poor casting, previous poor repairs, or excessive corrosion. In such cases, achieving a perfect finish may be difficult, but we strive to deliver a high-quality OEM finish at a fraction of the cost of replacement.

  6. Workmanship Guarantee: We offer a 12-month guarantee on our powder coat painted and diamond-cut rims, covering the re-appearance and quality/durability of our coatings. This guarantee does not cover intentional or accidental damage, use of chemicals other than those recommended, or fair wear and tear.

  7. Customer Satisfaction: If you are not immediately satisfied with our workmanship, we will evaluate the wheel and undertake necessary repairs or provide a refund equal to the portion of the invoice price representing the unsatisfactory repair, subject to terms and conditions.

  8. Wheel Straightening Disclaimer: We cannot guarantee the best results every time during the wheel straightening process due to differences in materials used by manufacturers and the risk of wheel cracking. In such situations, customers will be informed, and options will be provided.

  9. TPMS Sensor Equipment: While we make every effort to handle tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS) sensors with care, we do not take responsibility for any pre-existing damage caused by unprofessional tyre fitters. Additional problems detected will be communicated to the customer before any action is taken.

  10. Valve Stem Replacement: We recommend replacing valve stems after each removal or servicing them with service kits to ensure optimal performance. Metal valves and specialist valves are available at an extra cost.

  11. Wheel Tightening: While we ensure all wheels are correctly tightened to recommended torque, customers are responsible for checking wheel bolts/nuts for tightness after 30 miles of driving.

  12. Illegal Tyre Fitting: We reserve the right to refuse refitting illegal or defective tyres. If such tyres are fitted at the customer’s request, it is their responsibility.

  13. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee: In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your finished wheel, please contact us, and we will endeavor to resolve any problems.

  14. Payment and Collection: Vehicles/wheels will not be released until payment has been received. Wheels not collected after 30 days may be sold to recoup costs, unless prior arrangements have been made.
